Rosie's Café provides relaxing space on Tinker

TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. Lined with signed squadron mementos and decades of aviation heritage, Team Tinker’s newest "third space" is anchoring the Team Tinker community with a side of espresso.
Rosie’s Café, operated by the 72nd Force Support Squadron, has quickly transitioned from an empty bar into a vital social hub. Open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., the café provides service members, spouses, and base organizations a dedicated environment to decompress, collaborate, and connect.
For base entities like the Tinker Spouses Club, the heritage-lined walls of Rosie's have already become an essential backdrop for coordination and community building.
At the heart of the daily hustle is Aidan Clark, the barista and driving force behind the counter.
“My favorite part about working here is meeting new people and getting to be the start of their day,” Clark said. “When people come here, I hope I can leave a positive impact, whether they are here for a meeting or just catching up with friends.”
Base spouses and patrons attribute the café’s rapid integration into base culture directly to Clark's presence.
“The hospitality that she has really does influence the taste,” said Ma’ayan Williams, a Team Tinker spouse. “She’s got it locked down to where it doesn’t just feel like customer service. It feels like she knows people.”
Rosie’s Café is a cashless operation and serves specialty hot and iced coffee beverages to help start your morning, or afternoon, right. Rosie’s also offers grab and go breakfast and lunch options for those on the go.
